Mid to Late March - RETURN OF THE SWANS" Pinery Provincial Park Grand Bend.  From Grand Bend, head south on Hwy 21.  Turn left at Greenway Road (500m before the Pinery Park entrance).  Drive 1km down Greenway Road.  To the Pinery Park Main Gate go into the park.  Upon reaching the Traffic Circle, turn left at the "Campgrounds/Visitor Centre" sign.  Follow the road to the Park Store, then turn right.  Cross the bridge, then turn left into the Visitor Centre parking lot.  Naturalist will provide spotting scopes for viewing thousands of Tundra Swans and ducks that rest at the Old Thedford Bog on their northward journey.  The arrival of the swans will be reported through local media.

Activity: Trip to the Fort Rose Sugar Bush for a tour, wagon ride and pancake brunch. Dress warm! Games and crafts to be enjoyed back at the centre for the afternoon.

Activity: Weather permitting: sledding fun at the Pinery with hot chocolate and s’mores. No Snow? No Problem! We’ll go bowling instead! Hot dog and drink lunch provided.
